- This website does not request health data. Detailed clinical information should be discussed in consultation, not through a form.

- Responding to contact requests and arranging appointments.

- Maintaining the security, availability and correct operation of the website.
How contact requests are handled
- The form on this website stores no data: on submit it opens WhatsApp with the message already written, and actual sending depends on your action in the app.
- No personal data is published, indexed or appended to website addresses.
- The request only reaches the practice after you send it in WhatsApp.
Storage and security
- Messages received remain in the official channels used by the practice (WhatsApp and email), with access restricted to the team involved in patient care.
- Reasonable security measures are applied: encrypted connection (HTTPS), restricted access to the contact channels and minimal data collection.
- No system is entirely immune to incidents, so avoid sending sensitive information through digital channels.
Processors and service providers
- Website hosting and delivery by a web infrastructure provider.
- Communication through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) and an email provider.
- Embedded Google Maps content, which may record access data under Google's own policies.
- Each provider processes data according to its own privacy policy.
Sharing
